Real Estate Appraiser (Western Georgia) AgSouth Farm Credit, ACA has an opening for a Real Estate Appraiser in the West Georgia area. Physical office location is flexible. Responsible for completion of all types of farm and rural property appraisals and appraisal reviews. State of Georgia Certified General Appraiser and Forestry Degree or registered forester status is preferred. Requires the ability to complete appraisals, research, analyze, and develop property values and studies. Education requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field. Three to five years of appraisal experience is desirable. Related Services Specialist (South Carolina) AgSouth Farm Credit, ACA, an established agricultural lender, has an opening for a Related Services Specialist in upstate South Carolina. Physical office location is negotiable. Primarily responsible for selling new crop insurance accounts and servicing existing accounts of AgSouth. Employee will provide information to potential members/borrowers and training to association employees as to available insurance programs, compile information and verify insurance reports, and market services in assigned area.
