AgSouth Welcomes Alena Fleming as Relationship Manager
STATESBORO, GA. (November 1, 2018): AgSouth Farm Credit Regional Business Development Manager Troy Brownlee announced that Alena Fleming has joined Agsouth as a relationship manager in Orangeburg, S.C.
Fleming is a long-time resident of the Orangeburg area. Prior to coming to AgSouth, she was a commercial lender with South State Bank. Fleming currently serves on the board of the Orangeburg County Chamber of Commerce. She is also the treasurer for the Orangeburg Consolidated School District 5 Foundation and past treasurer of the Edisto Clemson Club and St. Matthews Youth Sports. She and her husband live in St. Matthews with their two children and are members of St. Paul United Methodist Church.
Brownlee says, "We are excited to have Alena as a member of our Orangeburg team. She has a degree in agricultural economics from Clemson University. Her knowledge and extensive financial experience and ties to the Orangeburg community make her a great asset to AgSouth. Orangeburg is a community largely dependent upon agriculture, and Alena will be an important member of our team as we continue to serve the needs of our farmers and rural communities in Orangeburg and its surrounding counties."
AgSouth Farm Credit provides loans for land, equipment and production agriculture, crop insurance, leasing, and home mortgages. The association is headquartered in Statesboro, Ga.
