AgSouth's Baxley Office Welcomes Jarrett Williams as Relationship Manager
STATESBORO, GA. (November 1, 2018): AgSouth Farm Credit Regional Business Development Manager Robbie Haranda has announced that Jarrett Williams has joined Agsouth as a relationship manager in Baxley, GA.
Williams grew up on his family’s farm in Appling County. He was heavily involved in FFA throughout high school, and served as a state officer for the Georgia FFA Association. He graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) in May 2018 with a Bachelor Degree in Agribusiness. He began his career with AgSouth as a loan officer trainee after graduation. Prior to coming to AgSouth Williams interned with Bayer Crop Science and the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Williams is currently a member of the Appling and Bacon County Young Farmers and the Georgia Cattlemen’s Association.
Haranda says, "We are very happy that Jarrett has joined the team at AgSouth in Baxley. His education, hands-on experience in agriculture and roots in the community make him an asset to AgSouth. The Baxley area relies heavily upon agriculture to support the local economy and we are here to support our farmers. Jarrett will help us continue to serve the needs of our current and future members in Appling and Bacon Counties."
