As an AgSouth member, you can obtain current account information, check your account history, download your loan activity statement, and make payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through Digital Banking.

Before You Register

You must receive your first bill before you can set up your account. Your first bill will have your newly assigned loan number and account number. You can use either one to sign up.  

How to Register for Digital Banking

  • After you receive your first billing statement, locate your loan number or account number at the top of the document. The portion you need is the highlighted numbers.
  • On our website, go to the top toolbar and select Digital Banking or click here. 
    • You have to register via web browser before you can use the mobile app.
  • Click “register” and complete the process to create your account.  
  • Verify your loan information using the loan number or account number on your first billing statement. 
  • You may now download the mobile app and login from your phone.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set up my AgSouth Digital Banking account?
  1. Wait until you receive your first bill.
  2. Locate your Loan Number on the top of your billing statement (not your closing documents).
  3. Visit AgSouthFC.com and click the “Digital Banking” link on the top toolbar.
  4. Click “Register” and complete the process using your loan or account number from the billing statement.
Can I use the account number from my closing documents to register?
No. The account number on your closing documents will not work for setting up your online account. Use the loan/account number from your billing statement.
Can co-borrowers register separately?

Yes. Borrowers and co-borrowers may register separately to view and manage loans.

How do I view and download my billing statement?
  1. View and download your billing statements by selecting a statement date from the dropdown menu for bill generation. You can access up to 25 months of billing statement history.
  2. Click the PDF icon to view and download a billing statement.
  3. To go paperless, use the toggle. You can go paperless for all loans or individual loans.
How do I make payments online?

You can schedule unlimited current and future-dated payments. Payments can be made for installments, special principal, current due, and past-due amounts. You can link up to 9 checking or savings accounts to make payments.

How are payments applied?

Payments are applied as follows: 

  1. Interest 
  2. Principal
  3. Escrow (if assigned)
  4. Fees (if assigned)
  5. Unapplied funds
When will my payment post?
 
  • Payments submitted before 2:30 PM post the same business day.
  • Payments submitted after 2:30 PM post the next business day.
  • Payments submitted on weekends/holidays post on the next business day.
Can I pay off my loan online?

No. Payoffs cannot be made online. Please call your loan officer or visit your local branch.

How do I make a FastCash transfer?

Select Transfer from the Account Summary screen. Enter the transfer amount (this cannot exceed available funds). Review and confirm details. Transfers submitted before 2:30 p.m. EST process the same day; after 2:30 p.m., next business day.

What happens if my account is locked?

After 10 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will lock. To unlock, click Unlock account on the login page. Enter your email address and complete security verification. You’ll receive a confirmation email once unlocked.
