Statesboro, Ga. (May 22, 2020)
To our valued member-borrowers and friends,
Despite the significant disruptions in our territory caused by the coronavirus pandemic, AgSouth has been able to continue operations uninterrupted to help meet the needs of our patrons. While our operations looked different, our commitment to serving our customers, our cooperative and our communities has carried on.
While most of our staff has been working remotely over the last several weeks, beginning May 26, we will resume normal staffing levels on-site across our network of 24 branch offices. We encourage our patrons to come to our offices as needed. That said, we also strongly continue to encourage the use of our digital tools including Account Access, drop boxes and appointments for in person meetings. We are also still available to meet you on the farm or at a location convenient to you to handle certain matters in the field. Please contact your loan officer or a branch near you as needed.
AgSouth has been here for over 100 years. We’ve seen plenty of change and challenge over the last century. Your cooperative is prepared for what lies ahead. Let us know how we can help.
Thank you for your business. YOU are what makes AgSouth great!
Sincerely,
Pat Calhoun
Chief Executive Officer
