2025 Director Election and Nominating Committee Results

STATESVILLE, NC (October 14, 2025) – AgSouth Farm Credit CEO Chad Puryear announced the winners of the 2025 Board of Director and Nominating Committee Election.

The 2025 Director Election Results are as follows: Region 2, Seat 2 – Craig L. Myers (Mocksville, NC); Region 3, Seat 2 – Dan A. Hunsucker (Conover, NC); Region 8, Seat 1 – Sean F. Lennon (Warm Springs, GA); Region 8, Seat 2 – Wesley C. Ham (Forsyth, GA). The Nominating Committee was elected as slated. The terms are effective October 22, 2025.

AgSouth Farm Credit is a member-owned cooperative and relies on its members to help build the leadership that serves them. Open Director seats and the Nominating Committee are voted for by eligible stockholders during the Annual Meeting. This year’s Annual Meeting was held on August 27, 2025, in Charleston, South Carolina. Eligible stockholders were able to submit their ballot by mail or online.
